About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead and elevate the dining experiences at a premier establishment in Leeds . This senior role involves overseeing all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service. You will be responsible for driving revenue, controlling costs, ensuring exceptional quality, and managing a diverse team of culinary and service professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to create memorable experiences for guests, contributing significantly to the venue's reputation and financial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Oversee the operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Manage F&B budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Lead, train, and develop the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations for food and beverage handling.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and pricing strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage Director or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Demonstrable success in managing multiple F&B outlets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management, P&L responsibility, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, wine and spirits, and service standards.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
