About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Food and Beverage Director to lead the diverse culinary and bar operations at their premier establishment in Leeds . You will be responsible for curating exceptional dining experiences, managing multiple outlets, and driving profitability through strategic planning and operational excellence. This role requires a visionary leader with a passion for gastronomy, exceptional management skills, and a deep understanding of current industry trends. You will oversee a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction across all F&B departments, contributing significantly to the venue's reputation in West Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative food and beverage strategies to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Oversee the daily operations of all restaurants, bars, and room service, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Manage F&B departmental budgets, controlling costs, maximizing profitability, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Lead, train, and mentor the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and quality control.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Food and Beverage management, with at least 4 years in a Director-level role.
• Proven track record in managing multiple F&B outlets and driving financial performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, costing, and inventory management.
• Experience with POS systems and beverage management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
