About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu development, service standards, and quality control.

• Lead and inspire the F&B team, including chefs, managers, and service staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing and promotional strategies for F&B outlets and events.

Requirements
