About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive F&B strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
• Oversee all culinary and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service.
• Manage F&B budgets, ensure profitability through effective cost control and pricing strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the F&B team, promoting a culture of creativity, quality, and exceptional service.
• Drive innovation in menu development, beverage programs, and service techniques.
• Maintain stringent standards for food safety, hygiene, and quality across all F&B operations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in senior Food and Beverage management roles within prestigious hotels or restaurants.
• Proven success in P&L management, cost optimization, and revenue generation.
• Strong culinary and beverage knowledge, with a flair for creativity and innovation.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets and diverse teams effectively.
• Formal culinary or hospitality management qualifications are highly desirable.
