About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Food and Beverage Director to lead their culinary operations in Southampton . This senior leadership role involves managing multiple food and beverage outlets, developing innovative menus, controlling costs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to a diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of all food and beverage departments.
• Develop and implement innovative menus, beverage programs, and service standards.
• Manage F&B budgets, including P&L, forecasting, inventory control, and cost management.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of F&B professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Food and Beverage management , with a strong emphasis on leadership roles.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets.
• Deep knowledge of culinary trends, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
