About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Food and Beverage Director to oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations for a leading hotel in Edinburgh . This senior management role requires a visionary leader who can drive innovation, maximize profitability, and ensure an unparalleled guest experience across multiple dining outlets and event spaces. You will be responsible for developing culinary strategies, managing budgets, leading a large team, and upholding the establishment's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive food and beverage strategies to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service.
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage team, fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and culinary trends.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Food and Beverage management , preferably in a luxury hotel or high-volume hospitality setting.
• Proven track record of financial success in managing F&B operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of beverage programs, costing, and inventory management.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is highly desirable.
