About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Food and Beverage Director to lead their extensive culinary operations in Cardiff . This senior management position involves overseeing multiple restaurants, bars, and banqueting facilities, driving innovation in menu development, service standards, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for enhancing the guest dining experience, managing financial performance of F&B outlets, and leading a large team of culinary and service professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Oversee the daily operations of all restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting operations.

• Lead and mentor the F&B team, ensuring high standards of service, professionalism, and culinary excellence.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Food and Beverage management , preferably in a luxury or high-volume setting.
• Strong financial acumen with a proven track record in budget management and P&L responsibility.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• A passion for food, beverage, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Relevant qualifications in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management are highly regarded.
