About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and charismatic Food and Beverage Manager to lead their dynamic F&B operations in Belfast . You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars, and banqueting, ensuring exceptional quality, service, and profitability. This role demands a leader with a deep understanding of culinary trends, impeccable service standards, and strong financial acumen to drive success in Northern Ireland's competitive hospitality landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
• Develop and implement innovative menus, specials, and promotions to attract and retain customers.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and cost of sales to maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the performance of F&B staff.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and events.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a senior F&B supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu engineering and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in staff training and performance management.
