Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily operations of the food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
• Develop and implement creative menus and beverage programs that align with market trends and guest preferences.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing F&B team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Control inventory, manage costs, and optimize profitability of the F&B operations.
• Ensure consistent quality of food and beverage service, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the executive chef and other department heads to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a senior F&B role.
