About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of their dining and bar operations at a bustling venue in Manchester . You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation across multiple outlets, from fine dining to casual bars, while also managing inventory, supplier relationships, and operational budgets. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to achieve budgeted targets.
• Develop and implement training programs for F&B staff to enhance service quality and product knowledge.
• Create and update menus in collaboration with the culinary team, focusing on current trends and guest preferences.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Food and Beverage management role, preferably within a hotel or similar hospitality setting.
• Demonstrated ability in staff training, supervision, and performance management.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage products, trends, and service standards.
• Proficiency in relevant POS systems and management software.
