About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their team in Sheffield . You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the food and beverage outlets, maintaining high standards of service, and enhancing the dining experience for all patrons. This position requires a proactive individual with a passion for hospitality and the ability to lead and motivate a team. You will work closely with the F&B Manager to uphold quality, manage inventory, and contribute to the overall success of the establishment's culinary offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Assist in training and managing F&B staff, promoting a positive team environment.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and assist with ordering supplies.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
• Assist in developing menus and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards and operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food service environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
