About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their dynamic team in Milton Keynes . This hybrid role involves overseeing daily operations within their restaurants and bars, ensuring exceptional service standards, efficient workflow, and a delightful dining experience for all patrons. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the F&B team to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, order taking, and service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and assist with ordering of F&B supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in food and beverage preparation and service.
• Train new staff members on service standards, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and management on menu development and promotions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or in a senior F&B service role.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management and cost control.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, with some administrative tasks suited for hybrid or remote work.
