Food and Beverage Supervisor

About the Role

Our client is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their team in Milton Keynes . In this role, you will support the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and room service, ensuring the highest standards of service and product quality are maintained. You will play a key role in training and motivating the F&B team, managing inventory, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures for F&B outlets.
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, and ordering of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food safety standards .
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues efficiently.
• Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching to the team.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and product knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
