About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their team in Milton Keynes . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. You will support the Food and Beverage Manager by leading a team of servers and bartenders, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons, contributing to the hospitality offerings in Milton Keynes .

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of restaurants, bars, and room service.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage service.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all F&B areas.

Requirements
