Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and room service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage service team.
• Ensure all service standards are met and exceeded, providing a high level of customer care.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs within the department.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all F&B areas, adhering to hygiene standards.

Requirements
