Food Production Operative - Days

The Butchers Recruiter are looking for several Food Production Operatives in Coventry. These are long-term opportunities, with ongoing work from June until into 2027, with a high likelihood of this turning into a permanent job.

You will be working in a chilled environment, handling raw or cured meat (pork/bacon/gammon) through processing, slicing, packing, and delivery - all to customer specifications and quality standards.

Working Hours: (Two-week rotating pattern) 06:00 – 18:00

Week One: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday Week Two: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

Processing, slicing, and weighing products Grading and packing to customer specs Checking labels and packaging Palletising finished goods Maintaining a clean and safe work area Reporting health & safety concerns Working as part of a team to meet targets Following all company policies and procedures
