Foot Mobile Engineer Duties:

PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance Electrical Fault-Finding Single & Three Phase Power Emergency Lighting Fire Alarms BMS Operation AHUs FCUs Generators VAV/VRFs Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc). Cooling Towers Pumps & Motors Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations Foot Mobile Engineer Requirements

City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations / Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing / Air Conditioning Career driven and motivated Polite and personable Foot Mobile Engineer Salary and Benefits:
