Fostering Supervising Social Worker - Flexible & Impactful

Family Care Group is recruiting a full-time Supervising Social Worker to support foster carers and looked-after children across the Midlands. The role is based from our Dunston office, with most work from home and occasional team days, meetings, and on‑call duties.

You will supervise carers, undertake Form F assessments and annual reviews, ensure safe placements, work with local authorities, and maintain accurate records, including out-of-hours rota commitments.
