Founder Associate
- london, england, United Kingdom
Job Description
Noxus is building the process intelligence layer for the age of AI labor.
Enterprise AI is no longer constrained only by models, data, or compute. The harder problem is execution: how AI work runs inside an organization alongside humans, legacy systems, outsourced teams, compliance requirements, and operational constraints.
Noxus helps regulated enterprises redesign and run complex operations with AI workers. These workers read inbound requests, understand documents, gather evidence across systems, apply policies, request approvals, and write outcomes back into core operational tools with full traceability.
We are built for legacy-heavy environments where critical work runs across SAP, Oracle, CRM platforms, policy systems, loan systems, claims platforms, payment platforms, and bespoke internal software.
We are not a chatbot company, a self-serve agent builder, or a narrow workflow tool. Noxus is the execution layer that lets enterprises design, deploy, govern, and improve AI labor in production.
We have customers live in production, strong market pull, and growth so far has been founder-led. We are now building the operating foundations that will allow the company to scale.
The Role
We are hiring a Founder Associate in London / Lisbon.
This is a generalist role for someone exceptional early in their career who wants to work directly with a founder and learn how a high-growth AI company is built from the inside.
You will work across the company’s highest-priority projects, including partnerships, deployment operations, go-to-market, finance, marketing, and strategic initiatives.
This is not an analyst, executive assistant, or narrow operations role. You will take ambiguous problems, make sense of them quickly, and turn them into clear plans, processes, materials, and execution.
The ideal candidate is sharp, ambitious, structured, low-ego, and highly proactive. This role is particularly suited to someone who wants to become a founder in the future.
What you will do
- Work directly with the founder on strategic and operational priorities across the company
- Help build partnership and certification programs, including structure, onboarding, enablement, and operating processes
- Create repeatable deployment materials, customer onboarding processes, project plans, and internal playbooks
- Support go-to-market, marketing, finance, and business operations with research, planning, analysis, and execution
- Prepare customer, partner, investor, board, and internal strategy materials
- Turn fragmented information into clear documents, processes, models, and systems
- Own high-priority projects that require speed, judgment, and coordination across teams
Your work will change often. One week you may be structuring a partner program. The next, you may be preparing a go-to-market analysis, improving a deployment process, or building a financial model.
What we are looking for
- A recent graduate or someone with up to two years of experience in consulting, startups, finance, operations, product, or another demanding environment
- Strong analytical ability and the capacity to learn unfamiliar topics quickly
- Clear written communication and the ability to structure complex information
- Comfort with numbers, research, operational detail, and fast-changing priorities
- High agency, sound judgment, and a bias toward producing concrete outcomes
- Low ego and willingness to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- A serious interest in startups, AI, enterprise software, and company building
- We value rigorous academic backgrounds and STEM profiles - Imperial, Cambridge etc.
What great looks like
- You can take a vague objective, such as building a partner certification program, and turn it into a researched proposal, a clear structure, an initial set of materials, a launch plan, and measurable success criteria.
- You do not wait for perfect instructions. You identify what is missing, make informed decisions, and return with something concrete.
