Freelance Employability Tutor — 4-Week On-Site Programme

Pathway Group in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Employability Tutor to deliver a four-week programme from our Birmingham head office. You will help learners develop skills, confidence and knowledge to progress into sustainable employment, covering CV writing, job searching, applications, interview preparation and career planning.

The role is a freelance, on-site assignment for four weeks; you will create an inclusive, supportive learning environment, adapt delivery to meet learner needs
