Freelance Site Manager - Housing

Location: Arbroath Start Date: Monday 26th October Duration: Minimum 4 months Project: Housing Development We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a housing project in Arbroath, starting Monday for a minimum of 4 months.

Requirements

* Proven experience managing residential housing projects * Valid SMSTS certificate * Valid First Aid certificate * Valid CSCS card * Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills * Ability to manage site operations, health and safety, subcontractors and programme delivery The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housing developments and be confident managing the day-to-day running of site operations to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
