LONG TERM NEW BUILD INDUSTRIAL UNIT - STARTING OCTOBER/NOVEMBER 2026*

We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager Location: Northwich Sectors: Industrial new build Day-rate: £280 - £300 a day Duration: Long term (40 weeks)

Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Freelance Site Manager for an upcoming new build industrial unit in Northwich. This project is 40 weeks in length total valued at £6 million. Previous industrial new build experience is required for this project.

Job responsibilities of the Freelance Site Manager:

Oversee construction of new build industrial unit Ensure projects are on-time and to client specification. Report directly to the Project Manager and liaise with head office. Manage contractors and subcontractors on-site daily. Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards. Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives. Flexible with which projects you take.Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager:

Experience working within industrial and new build CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Pay + Benefits:
