The company: A dynamic international business connecting global suppliers with manufacturers and distributors across international markets

Main duties: Coordinate international orders, export documentation and shipments while supporting sales growth and customer relationships across global markets.

The role

• Coordinate international orders from placement through to final delivery liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders
• Prepare and check export documentation, monitor shipments and resolve any delivery issues
• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring efficient coordination and smooth running of export processes
• Research, identify and secure new customers and distributors in target markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distribution partners to drive repeat business
• Prepare quotations, arrange samples and follow up on sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
• Maintain accurate CRM records, report on sales pipeline and performance, and attend relevant international trade shows

The candidate:

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential
• Fluent in Spanish a bonus but not a requirement
• Experience in international logistics, export coordination and shipment documentation needed
• A background in key account management and business development highly recommended
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently

The salary: up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
