About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and skilled Frontend Developer to join their team in Southampton . This role focuses on building intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for their web applications. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement user-facing features using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
Translate UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into high-quality, responsive code.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback for improvement.
Participate in code reviews, identify and fix bugs, and continuously improve code quality.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of professional experience in frontend development.
Strong proficiency in HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Familiarity with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Parcel) and version control (Git).
Understanding of responsive design principles and web performance optimization techniques.
