Full Stack Developer - .NET Core

About the Role

Our client is looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core to join their development team in Southampton . You will contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment of web applications and services. This role requires a developer who is comfortable working across both frontend and backend technologies, contributing to a robust and scalable application architecture. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust backend services and APIs using .NET Core and C#.
• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces using frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into functional features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Perform database design and management using SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on the .NET ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database design and optimization.
• Understanding of RESTful API design principles and version control systems (Git).
