Full Stack Developer (Remote)

About the Role

Our client is searching for a talented and versatile Full Stack Developer to join their distributed engineering team, working remotely to support their operations based near Milton Keynes . This role is ideal for a developer who excels in both front-end and back-end development, contributing to the entire application lifecycle. You will be instrumental in building interactive, user-friendly web applications and robust server-side logic, working on a variety of exciting projects. This is a remote-first position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK while collaborating closely with a dedicated team through digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using modern front-end technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Build and manage server-side logic, APIs, and databases using frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
• Implement responsive designs that work seamlessly across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and participating in code reviews .
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into functional and visually appealing web applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, ensuring application stability and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of back-end development with frameworks like Node.js, Express.js, Python/Django, or Ruby/Rails.
• Familiarity with database technologies , both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote , collaborative team environment.
