Make a real difference in secondary schools across Dartford by supporting students both inside and outside the classroom. Play an important role in creating a positive learning environment, promoting wellbeing, and helping young people succeed. Were looking for a dedicated candidate to:

• Supervise whole classes during teacher absences
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Deliver pre-planned lesson activities
• Support students in completing set work
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Adapt confidently to different subjects and year groups
• Maintain a safe and productive learning environment Requirements - The ideal candidate would have:
• Experience working with young people, either in schools or other settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence managing groups of students
• A flexible and proactive approach to work
• Excellent organisational skills
• The ability to remain calm under pressure
