Job Description
We are currently looking for Health and Disability Assessors to join the Medacs team across a number of locations throughout the UK.
This is a clinically focused role where you will use your existing healthcare knowledge and experience to carry out structured PIP assessments. You'll be supported through a comprehensive training programme before progressing into the role, with continued development and guidance from experienced managers and mentors.
The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days based at your allocated office and 2 days working from home. This working pattern is fixed and cannot be changed.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, providing a consistent working week and a strong work-life balance.

The role offers a competitive starting package with opportunities to increase your earnings through performance and successful training completion.
Starting salary: £39,500 12-month salary review: £1,000 increase, subject to quality, attendance and performance Training approval bonus: Additional £1,000 if training approval is successfully achieved within your first 6 months Performance bonus: Up to 15% annually, paid through quarterly assessments based on quality, targets and overall performance What we are looking for (must have 1 year post qualification experience):
