Functional Skills Tutor - M2 5PD, Manchester
Location: M2 5PD, Manchester
Hours: Part-Time | Weekdays Between School Hours
Pay: £25-£30 per hour+
TP Tutors is looking for a dedicated Functional Skills Tutor to provide personalised 1:1 tuition to Primary and Secondary-aged learners across M2 5PD, Manchester.
The Role
- Deliver engaging 1:1 Functional Skills tuition in English and/or Maths .
- Plan lessons according to each child's individual learning needs and abilities.
- Adapt lessons to suit different learning styles, including pupils with SEN .
- Help learners build confidence and improve their academic progress.
- Monitor progress and provide regular feedback.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year's UK teaching or tutoring experience .
Experience working with Primary and Secondary-aged learners .
SEN experience .
Strong knowledge of Functional Skills English and/or Maths.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
Right to work in the UK.
