Fundraising Administrator

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organized and efficient Fundraising Administrator to provide essential support to their fundraising team, working remotely and supporting activities across the Nottingham region. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation of fundraising activities, managing supporter data, processing donations, and providing administrative assistance. You will be the backbone of the team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes. Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming donations and thank supporters promptly and accurately.
• Maintain and update the donor database (CRM system) with all relevant information.
• Provide administrative support to the fundraising team, including preparing mailings and reports.
• Assist with the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns.
• Respond to supporter enquiries via email and phone, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage stationery and fundraising materials inventory.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a charity setting.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM databases is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
