Our client is seeking a meticulous and organised Fundraising Administrator to support their busy fundraising team in Nottingham . This role is essential for the smooth operation of fundraising activities, providing crucial administrative support to ensure efficiency and accuracy. You will be responsible for managing donor databases, processing donations, preparing reports, and assisting with fundraising campaigns and events. Key Responsibilities
- Process donations accurately and promptly, issuing receipts and thank-you communications.
- Maintain and update the fundraising database, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
- Provide administrative support for fundraising campaigns, events, and appeals.
- Assist with the preparation of fundraising reports and donor communications.
- Respond to donor inquiries and provide excellent administrative support.
- Manage general office administration tasks for the fundraising department.
- Coordinate logistics for fundraising meetings and events as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a fundraising or charity setting.
- Excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with donor databases or CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
