About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fundraising Administrator to join their team, working entirely remotely. This role is essential for providing comprehensive administrative support to the fundraising department, ensuring the smooth operation of campaigns and donor management processes. You will be responsible for maintaining databases, processing donations, generating reports, and communicating with supporters. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the donor database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Process incoming donations, issue thank-you letters and receipts promptly.
- Provide administrative support for fundraising events and campaigns.
- Assist with the preparation of fundraising reports and mailings.
- Respond to donor inquiries via email and phone, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage the distribution of fundraising materials and information packs.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of fundraising activities.
- Support the fundraising team with general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a fundraising or non-profit environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage workload effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
