Key Responsibilities
- Process donations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all donor records are up-to-date in the CRM system.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the fundraising team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of fundraising reports, presentations, and mailings.
- Manage the organisation of fundraising materials and resources.
- Respond to donor queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a charity or fundraising environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a strong eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
