About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Fundraising Administrator to support their vital work in Plymouth . This role provides essential administrative backbone to the fundraising team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, accurate record-keeping, and efficient donor communication. You will play a key part in maintaining donor data integrity and supporting the execution of fundraising campaigns, directly contributing to the organisation's ability to achieve its goals in Plymouth . Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the donor database (CRM) with accurate and timely information.
- Process donations, issue thank you letters, and ensure prompt acknowledgement of gifts.
- Provide administrative support to the fundraising team, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Assist with the organisation and execution of fundraising events and activities.
- Manage incoming fundraising correspondence and enquiries.
- Support the preparation of financial reconciliation for fundraising income.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, with strong organisational and data management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
