Fundraising Manager - Remote

About the Role

Our client, a leading organisation in the Charity & Voluntary sector, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Fundraising Manager to join their team. This is a fully remote position, offering the successful candidate the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative fundraising strategies to secure vital funding streams, enabling the organisation to continue its crucial work. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can engage with a wide range of donors, from individuals to corporate partners, and inspire them to support our client's mission. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising and a deep commitment to the charitable cause.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy across various channels, including major gifts, grants, corporate partnerships, and individual giving.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective donors, ensuring consistent engagement and stewardship.
• Manage fundraising campaigns and events, both online and offline, to maximise revenue generation.
• Prepare compelling funding proposals, reports, and presentations for potential and existing donors.
• Analyse fundraising data and provide regular reports on progress towards financial targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop fundraising messaging and materials.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a fundraising role, ideally within the Charity & Voluntary sector.
• Demonstrated success in securing significant funds from diverse sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate compelling case for support.
• Strong understanding of fundraising best practices, donor stewardship, and ethical fundraising principles.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and track financial performance.
• Experience with fundraising databases and CRM systems.
