Fundraising Manager

About the Role

This senior position will be responsible for developing and executing innovative fundraising strategies to secure vital funding for our programs. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet annual financial targets.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and foundations.
• Oversee the planning and execution of fundraising events, campaigns, and appeals across Birmingham .
• Manage and mentor the fundraising team, setting clear objectives and providing support.
• Research and identify new funding opportunities and grant applications.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated experience in major donor cultivation and corporate partnerships.
• Strong understanding of fundraising principles, ethics, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing budgets and reporting on financial performance.
