About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Games Tester to join their fully remote team and uphold the quality standards of their exciting projects in the Gaming & Esports field. Working from home anywhere in the UK , you will be instrumental in the pre-release phase, meticulously testing game builds to uncover and report defects. Your feedback will directly shape the final player experience, ensuring our games are bug-free, engaging, and meet the high expectations of our audience. Key Responsibilities

• Execute test scripts and perform ad-hoc testing on various game features.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using the company's bug tracking software.
• Collaborate with development teams to provide clear and concise defect reports.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of game builds after updates.
• Offer insights into game mechanics and user experience improvements.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Games Tester or in a quality assurance capacity.
• Familiarity with software testing principles and practices.
