Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of game software, identifying, documenting, and escalating bugs.
- Write clear, concise, and reproducible bug reports for the development team.
- Verify fixes implemented by developers and perform regression testing.
- Adhere to established testing schedules and provide regular status updates.
- Explore various gameplay elements and systems to uncover unexpected behaviour.
- Contribute to test case creation and refinement to improve testing efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Games Tester role or equivalent QA experience.
- Strong understanding of different gaming platforms (PC, console, mobile).
- Proficiency with bug tracking tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meticulously document issues.
- Effective communication skills, particularly in written bug reporting.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with a proven ability to work autonomously from home.
