Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive test plans and perform exploratory testing to identify software defects, performance issues, and usability problems.
• Accurately document bugs with clear steps to reproduce, severity, and impact, utilizing bug tracking software.
• Verify bug fixes and conduct thorough regression testing to ensure game stability.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and producers to communicate findings and provide constructive feedback.
• Assess overall game balance, player experience, and adherence to design specifications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing strategies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Games Tester or in a Quality Assurance role within the video game industry is preferred.
• A profound understanding of various gaming platforms, genres, and common game mechanics.
• Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, ClickUp) and test management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote team interaction.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
