Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive testing across various game features, mechanics, and systems to uncover defects.
- Document bugs with precision, including detailed steps to reproduce, screenshots, and relevant logs.
- Conduct verification testing of bug fixes, ensuring thorough regression testing to maintain game integrity.
- Liaise with development teams to clarify requirements and provide feedback on game implementation.
- Evaluate game balance, progression, and user interface elements for optimal player experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing refinement of QA processes.
Requirements
- Experience as a Games Tester or in a similar QA capacity is required.
- Knowledge of game testing tools and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Strong analytical thinking and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively report findings remotely.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage tasks efficiently in a remote setup.
