About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Games Tester to join their passionate and dispersed QA team. This is a 100% remote role, allowing you to contribute from your home office anywhere in the UK . Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality, stability, and playability of our games through rigorous testing and detailed feedback. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and other QA team members in a virtual environment, playing a critical role in delivering polished and engaging gaming experiences to a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases for new and existing game features across multiple platforms.
• Identify, document, and report defects with clear, actionable information.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and verify bug fixes.
• Perform regression testing to ensure the integrity of game builds.
• Provide constructive feedback on game design, mechanics, and user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Games Tester or in a similar QA role within the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and execution.
• Proficiency in using bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Must be eligible to work remotely within the UK .
