About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Games Tester to join their fully remote quality assurance department. You will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met by meticulously identifying, documenting, and verifying bugs. Working alongside a talented and passionate team, you will help shape the final player experience for our globally released titles.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive test cases across various game builds and features.
• Report defects with precision, including detailed steps for reproduction, expected results, and observed outcomes.
• Conduct regression testing to confirm the successful resolution of bugs.
• Provide qualitative feedback on gameplay, usability, and overall player experience.
• Collaborate closely with developers and designers to resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in team reviews and contribute to the enhancement of QA strategies.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Games Tester or in a similar QA role.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles and the game development pipeline.
• Proficiency in using bug tracking systems such as ClickUp or similar tools.
• A genuine passion for gaming and an outstanding eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective remote teamwork.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, manage time efficiently, and maintain high productivity.
