Gardener

This leading award winning Landscaping client is seeking an experienced Mobile Gardener to join the team full-time working on a surrey sites. As the successful candidate you will have a good level of horticultural knowledge for the ongoing care and maintenance of beautifully designed, high-end private site in the local area.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance tasks including pruning, weeding, feeding, seasonal planting, and pest/disease control
• Use and maintain gardening tools and machinery safely and efficiently
• Ensure all works are conducted safely and respectfully
• Work collaboratively and professionally with team members

Requirements

• Minimum 1- 2 years’ experience in garden maintenance (estates preferred)
• Good plant knowledge and strong horticultural skills
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Able to work well independently and as part of a small team
• Good communication
• Physically fit and prepared to work in all weather
• UK driving license preferred (not essential) What is offered:
