Example Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.

They require a self-employed heating engineer for a long-term social housing contract.

Contract Details:

Location: Within 45 mins of Croydon Contract: Southern Housing Work Type: Boiler Installations Gas Boiler Type: Likely installing Vaillant or Ideal Contract Property Portfolio: The portfolio is a combination of both houses and flats, BUT significantly more flats/apartments than houses. Commitment: Minimum 3 days per week Contract Length: 6 months+ Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears

Agreed Install inductions for contractors will take place w/c 5th October

Labour only – all materials supplied

Requirements

• 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer

• ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)

• Panel Van (plain or sign written)

• Gas Safe Registration

• Clean DBS Check

• No more than 6 points on Driving Licence

• Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser

• £2m Public Liability Insurance
