Gas Service Engineer
Location: Sandwell
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 DOE
No Call-Outs
Van + Fuel Card | Optional Overtime
We are currently looking for an experienced Gas Service Engineer to work on a Social Housing contract for Sandwell Council.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified Gas Engineer looking for a stable, local role with no call-out work.
The contract covers a small 10-mile radius, keeping travel between jobs to a minimum.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out domestic gas servicing and maintenance
- Complete full strip and clean boiler services
- Fit CO2 and fire alarms
- Identify and report any faults or issues
- Complete paperwork and obtain customer signatures
- Work independently while maintaining a high standard of work
Requirements
- Valid ACS Gas qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Previous Social Housing experience
- Clean DBS
- Full UK clean manual driving licence
