Service & Breakdown Gas Engineer - NW/HA/UB Postcodes Location: NW/HA/UB Postcodes Contract Type: Self-Employed/Sub-Contractor Rate: Minimum £1,350 per week Sector: Social Housing We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service & Breakdown Gas Engineer to work across social housing contracts throughout the GU postcode areas. This is a long-term opportunity offering a consistent workload, excellent weekly earnings, and ongoing support. Role Responsibilities

• Servicing domestic gas boilers and heating systems.
• Diagnosing and repairing boiler and heating faults.
• Completing landlord gas safety checks (CP12s).
• Providing a high standard of customer service within occupied social housing properties.
• Accurately completing job reports and compliance documentation.
• Working in accordance with Gas Safe and Health & Safety regulations. Essential Requirements
• Gas Safe Registered
• CKR1 qualification
• HTR1 qualification
• Proven experience carrying out domestic gas servicing and breakdowns.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Own van, tools, analyser, and insurances.
