Gas Service Engineer

Gas Service Engineer - Social Housing South East London Minimum Earnings: £1,350 Per Week SE London Self-Employed Sub-Contractor We are currently recruiting for experienced Gas Service Engineers to work on a long-term social housing contract covering South East London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer looking for consistent work, high earning potential, and ongoing contract stability.

The Role

• Carrying out annual landlord gas safety checks (CP12s)
• Gas appliance servicing in occupied social housing properties
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with current Gas Safe regulations
• Accurate completion of job reports using a handheld device
• Delivering excellent customer service to tenants

Requirements

• ACS Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1)
• Valid Gas Safe Registration
• Previous experience within the social housing sector preferred
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own van and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively What's On Offer?
