Service Only Gas Engineer - Social Housing

Self-Employed (CIS or LTD) Weekly Earnings: £1,100 - £1,400+

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Only Gas Engineer to work on a long-term social housing contract across Manchester and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, customer-focused engineers looking for consistent work, strong earning potential, and localised patch coverage.

The Role

• Carrying out domestic gas servicing within occupied social housing properties

• Completing annual landlord gas safety checks (CP12s)

• Diagnosing and reporting any defects identified during servicing

• Ensuring all work is completed in line with current Gas Safe regulations

• Providing excellent customer service to tenants

Requirements

• ACS Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)

• Valid Gas Safe Registration

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Own van and calibrated analyser

• Experience working within social housing preferred

• Strong understanding of landlord gas safety regulations
