General Warehouse Operative

Looking for ongoing work, great pay and the opportunity to secure regular hours into 2027?

We're looking for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in Crick (DIRFT - Daventry getaway). Working with air conditioning units, you'll play an important role in helping products move through the warehouse and reach customers across the UK.

This is a full-time role with a consistent Monday to Friday shift pattern, giving you the stability to plan around life outside of work. Full training is provided from day one, so whether you've worked in a warehouse before or you're looking for a fresh start, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay Rates

• £14.04 per hour
• Overtime: £17.55 per hour

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Rotating weekly shifts:

• 6:00am to 2:00pm
• 2:00pm to 10:00pm

Potential overtime available on Saturdays.

Your Time at Work

What You'll Be Doing

• Unloading containers and moving stock onto pallets
• Reworking and quality-checking products
• Supporting general warehouse activities
• Helping keep products moving safely and efficiently through the warehouse
• Working as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly

Please note: This role involves manual handling and lifting products weighing up to 20kg.
