About the Role

Within the CRM & Data team, you will act as a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in CRM Analytics , serving as a key functional link between business stakeholders and IT teams.

Your role will focus on the evolution of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) across an international environment.

You will structure and challenge business needs, design functional solutions, and translate business requirements into effective CRM and analytics solutions supporting Sales, Marketing and Data teams.

You will contribute to both project delivery and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on CRM Analytics dashboards, reporting, data quality and business adoption .

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and challenge requirements from Sales, Marketing and Data teams
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria and test cases
• Design and optimize CRM processes within Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Design, maintain and enhance CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM dashboards and reporting
• Translate business questions into relevant analytics and reporting solutions
• Ensure the quality, consistency and relevance of CRM data used for reporting and analytics
• Manage and maintain the functional backlog and contribute to prioritization
• Coordinate business, IT, CRM and development stakeholders throughout delivery
• Lead and support functional testing and UAT
• Support releases, go-live and user adoption
• Contribute to continuous improvement of CRM processes, reporting and analytics capabilities

Candidate Profile

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, CRM Consultant or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Proven experience with CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM — this is a key requirement for the role
• Experience designing dashboards, reports and analytics solutions based on business requirements
• Good understanding of CRM data models, data flows and data quality
• Strong ability to structure and challenge complex business requirements
• Experience working with business and IT stakeholders in an international environment
• Strong exposure to Agile environments, including user stories, backlog and sprint cycles
• Experience with functional testing and UAT
• Excellent communication skills, both business and technical
• Autonomous, structured and delivery-oriented mindset
• Fluent English required

Nice to Have

• Experience with Einstein / AI-driven CRM capabilities , such as scoring or recommendations
• Experience in large-scale CRM transformation programs
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.)
• Knowledge of integrations and CRM architecture
• Experience with data visualization or BI tools
